The toy storage bag can hold approx 15 kg.

collection we have the activity mats and the interior bags. All our printed playmats have a diameter of 140cm and are made of 70% cotton - 30% polyester. (Except: Trainmap is 100% polyester).
* Soft collection, this is the unique baby playmat which is at the same time storage toy bag, diaper bag as well. On the inside a great design that makes every baby happy.
The soft bag is 120 cm in diameter and made from high-quality soft jersey cotton (100%) to give the baby maximum enjoyment and comfort.
* Outdoor collection, the Play&Go outdoor is the unique splash proof solution to take all your needs with you for a day out. The outdoor toy storage bag has a diameter of 140 cm and is made of 90% polyester - 10% TPU.
* Mini collection, the Play&Go Mini is an amazing portable bag to storage your favorite toys, snacks, textile pens, beachwear and much more! Made of 70% poly cotton and 30% polyester with a diameter of 40 cm.
On each product page you can see if the playmat is available. Most of our products we have in stock and can be delivered immediately. If our stock is temporarily exhausted, then we can let you know when the toybag is again available by e-mail.

Orders
All orders will be reserved for 8 days. If we didn't receive the payment after 8 days, automatically your reserved toy storage bag goes back in stock.
You will receive shortly after you ordered, a confirmation of the playmat you ordered. If you did not receive this confirmation, please contact us at info@playandgo.com
After placing an order and completing your payment, it is included directly in our system and can not be cancelled. In some cases, there is a short period in which the order can still be put on stop. Therefore, it is important that you take contact with us at info@playandgo.com (mention your order number).

Shipping
You can receive your toybag at any address (home, work, etc., mailbox is not possible).
Orders made before 14.00 PM will be shipped the same day.
During busy periods, such as sales or the end of the year period, your shipment may be delayed. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
We will send generally with the courier service GLS and this only on weekdays.

Once your toybag has been shipped with GLS you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking.
Please check your address when completing the data on the checkout page! If you see in our confirmation email a wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately by email info@playandgo.com
Caution! Once you had already received an email with the confirmation of shipping it is too late to correct the address and we will have to wait until your order has been returned. We will contact you if the package is returned and make a new appointment to send it again.
Exchange and return policy
If you are not satisfied with your toybag, you have the right to exchange or return your toybag.
This also applies for damaged articles.
You always have this in writing within 14 days after delivery ( via email - info@playandgo.com ) to bring up to date .
The item must be returned in undamaged and unused condition to our address in the original packaging also within a period of fourteen days:

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount of your purchase back to your account. Make sure you mentioned on the return form your bank account details.
Items that are returned under the conditions as described above, be refunded by us within 10 working days.
How do I maintain my Play&Go mat?
We advise to soak the Play&Go playmat in water with some vinegar before washing.
We also advise to wash the Play&Go toy storage bag the first time separately.
Moreover, your Play & Go toybag is better preserved its colour if you use a detergent without bleach.
Adjust the temperature of the washing machine not higher than 30 ° C. The fabric is susceptible to discoloration by the sun.
Dry your Play&Go toy storage bag in a shady spot. Do not use washing soften.
To enjoy your Play&Go for a long time we recommend machine washing
on delicate cycle, with a soft detergent.
As colors can fade away, we advise before washing to fix colors in a bucket
water combined with a cup vinegar for 24hrs.
Do not tumble dry. Wash it as less as possible. Have fun!

Our Play&Go EEVAA play mat is not recommended for children under 10 months of age. Our EEVAA foam puzzle mats for children are made for indoor use, so not intended for outdoor use, but we have seen people using them on the patio or in the park. Prolonged sun exposure can fade the designs, so avoid direct sunlight.

Unpacking your new Play&Go puzzle mat is an exciting experience, full of joy. When you open the package, you may smell an odor inside the box. Rest assured, this smell is normal and perfectly safe. It is just the result of the cleaning/packaging process after production and will fade immediately, just lay the puzzle mat open and after 15 minutes there will be no smell at all. We prioritize children's safety and all our products (including packaging) are tested and approved by Eurofins, a trusted third-party certification agency.
Our play mats are very easy to clean! Gently wipe clean before first use with a damp towel & dry thoroughly. Make sure the playmat is completely dry after cleaning. Note: Product and colors may vary slightly. Bubbles, minor color differences and other irregularities are characteristic of the foaming process. After you clean the floor under your play rug, make sure the floor is thoroughly dry before laying it down again. Moisture can linger underneath and can damage some types of floor surfaces.
Depending on the weight of the table, it may leave a permanent indentation on the soft foam. Will my pet's nails damage the mat? Sharp nails will damage the surface of the mats because they are made of soft EVA foam. Avoid sharp objects such as animal claws, high heels or heavy objects on the play mat as this can cause a permanent imprint.
Absolutely! You can expand to any larger size, whenever you want, by adding more tiles.
The mats work best on tile, wood and any flat surface. We do not recommend them on high-pile carpeting, as the teeth connecting the mats will loosen.
